About Us
What is Solace?
Mission
To provide educational and self-sustainable economic opportunities in developing countries.
To provide communities in developing countries with opportunities for education and for self-sustaining economic growth.
Vision
Solace believes the sustainability of a project rests on three factors: local people accepting ownership and taking pride in the project, a commitment to cost-savings, and the empowerment of local project managers. |

Business Philosophy
In an effort to establish trust and encourage participation, Solace invites local business and regional leaders to become involved in planning schools and other enterprises. Solace also asks for a measure of local investment, such as donated labor, supplies, or land.
Solace hires native project managers with a proven track records Field Project Managers bios. With training and support, project managers become reliable connections to the field, respected among their peers, and have personal incentive to see the success of their work. |
